Job Overview

The Registered Nurse provides safe and high quality care to patients in a professional and supportive environment. You will work closely with doctors healthcare assistants and other team members to promote recovery and wellbeing. The role involves caring for patients with compassion maintaining dignity and supporting their physical and emotional needs. You will report to a senior nurse who will guide and support you as you grow in your nursing career.

Main Duties of the Job

• Deliver high quality nursing care to patients every day
• Assess plan and evaluate individual care plans
• Give medicines safely and monitor patient progress
• Keep clear and accurate patient records
• Support new staff and healthcare assistants in their duties
• Follow all safety and infection control standards
• Communicate clearly with patients families and the care team

Qualifications Experience and Skills

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Suitable for newly qualified or experienced nurses
• Experience in hospital or clinical work is helpful
• Understanding of current nursing standards and practice
