Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse in this Band 5 role you will provide patient centered care in a busy and supportive environment. You will assist patients through their journey from admission to discharge ensuring safety comfort and dignity at every stage. You will work closely with doctors nursing colleagues and healthcare support staff while reporting directly to the Ward Manager or Clinical Lead. Main Duties of the Job

• Carry out patient assessments and plan deliver and review individual care
